Also ask your vet to fax your dog's vaccination history. To be on site at Deogi Dog
Daycare, Spa and Resort, we must have the following on site:
If your dog is not on flea preventative, we will happily give him/her an incoming flea
bath.

- Proof of current rabies
- Proof of Distemper/Parvo within last three years (or titers)
- Proof of Bordetella within last six months
- Proof of negative fecal within last year for puppies under two years old
- Proof of use of flea preventative
- Proof of immunization for Canine Influenza
If your dog is not on flea preventative, we will happily give him/her an incoming flea
bath.
